Its customary in sales that payment is received first before delivering goods to customer. That's nothing new. PayPal payments can always be potentially reversed at a later date. Transactions involving Cash/currency items though are not eligible for seller protection. Have to make sure PayPal is appropriate before proceeding with your transaction.
