Hello guys,
A few days ago, I sold a gaming account that's worth about 600$ for 300$ to a certain person who was really interested. Everything went well, we exchanged information and finally got to a deal. I set-up an invoice and made it clear in the ''Term of service'' of the invoice what will be delivered, when and how. Then he paid, I gave him full access to the gaming account, including information so that he can change the account information so that only he remains to have access to the gaming account. After he secured the account he started acting like a victim and almost instantly after the payment filed a dispute. I explained and proved with every screenshot and explanation that I had that he really did receive the purchased item and even thanked me for helping him through the process. I got all of this on screenshots and also added it to the dispute, I felt like I had nothing to worry with all this information that I had on my hands. 1 day later, to my surprise I lost the dispute, lost the 300USD that he paid AND I have to pay back 20bucks in fees. Now I basically lost 320USD as well as an account that I spent time and over 600$ on. I'm so upset..
Now when I try to fight the closed case it's asking me for a ''tracking number'', which you obviously do NOT have when you sell digital items.
What do I do guys? What are my options? This can't be real right?
