This is getting out of hand, i cant even count how many unauthorized access cases ive lost after clearly delivering the product. How exactly does it make any sense that if someone is using a stolen paypal to make payments, why its our fault? PayPal should be the one to take the loss here, when in the end its YOUR FAULT for YOUR security system not blocking any payments on the stolen account in the first place.  This is a complete lose lose situation when they open the claims, because simply if it were a item not described claim you can just work something out with the buyer, but not in this case... Your absolutely just scammed by both parties! PayPal and the buyer!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... View more

paypal seller protection doesnt exist. unauthorized access cases should never be in fault of the seller. its not our fault that some random customer has used a stolen paypal, its completely out of our control. PayPal needs to stop making the sellers lose money over this and fix their security system or just simply they take the loss on unauthorized cases!  If they had blocked the transaction we wouldnt have lost our money and product!!!! ... Ive lost so much money due to unauthorized access cases, its unreal. Why are sellers responsible for this? If paypal security is bad enough to not be able to stop the users paypal account being stolen and making payments, thats on them. Sellers should not be responsible and lose money after delivering the product, paypal should be the one to take the loss since you guys cant implement better security to protect us. Its not fair, if it were something we could work out with the buyer, like a item not described claim, its different. This is absolutely out of our control. We get the buyers information, and deliver the product as listed thats it. We are not aware or should not be responsible that if the users paypal is stolen. How does it make sense that if your system cant block hacked paypal accounts from making payments, that when it does go through(somehow), sellers lose the funds because of it regardless of the product being delivered? ITS PAYPALS FAULT AND YOUR PROBLEM TO SOLVE!! NOT THE SELLERS  ... View more
