Well I was asking because if you sent as goods and services you could of charge backed but since you sent with friends and family it’s unlikely you’re going to get the money back but you can call PayPal support and see what more y you can do about that. ... View more

I believe you can use your statement to resolve the issue and most likely you would need to contact Paypal support and tell them that you changed addresses after you open the account. ... View more

I extremely frustrated at the fact I had this on my PAYPAL for a month "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service" and nothing works. Is there anything I can do about this problem because I wasn't able to use this for like a month now and it's getting annoying that I'm not able to send my money to sellers through the PayPal site.     Any suggestion is highly appreciated    ...
