Money sent incorrectly

I was sending a payment to my landlord, I used his phone number. He claims he never got it and told me to send it via his email, which I did but now how to I cancel and get the first payment back? There is no cancel button cause it says payment sent, I can't request a refund for something he says he never got, so I need it cancelled by PayPal. Please help, how do I do this.. I tried to dispute the charge and explained why I was disputing, but they denied my dispute...

Did you send it as goods & services or Friends & family?

I sent it as friends and family, I thought that was how to send it to a person.

Well I was asking because if you sent as goods and services you could of charge backed but since you sent with friends and family it’s unlikely you’re going to get the money back but you can call PayPal support and see what more y you can do about that.
