Hi. My account is currently temporarily limited and I'm to provide proof of address. I no longer reside in the address I opened my paypal with. Can I update my address and use it as the requested proof? Will that solve it? Also wanted to use my bank statement but it only shows the city, state and country. Can I use the statement that way to resolve the issue? Thanks
I believe you can use your statement to resolve the issue and most likely you would need to contact Paypal support and tell them that you changed addresses after you open the account.
