Hello all, please, help to understand what the new policy rule is about (as always it is never clear, vey vague and no way to contact Paypal in writing to keep the records and over the phone I get various versions from various PP stuff and hardly ever any help in the last 20 years of using it). I got a letter from PP saying that they now need tax information but there is nothing anywhere in my account that I can fill in. I purchase important health supplements and this the main purpose for me to use PP now, I do not sell anything or get any other form of payments into the account, only purchases and 99% of them are health related. So I hope you understand that I need PP, otherwise I would not worry about it. So what do I do now in order to continue to use PP for purchases? I definitely do not want to end up sorting their mess out. My account is Icelandic in case it helps. Thank you in advance and have a nice worry-free day 🙂
