Hello everyone hope you're having a great Christmas time, That being said I've not had the best unfortunately. I've recently sold gold for a game to somebody and it was for £350 roughly they received the gold and everything seemed fine for about a day until a dispute popped in my inbox, I was confident I'd win the dispute as the buyer hadnt written anything in the dispute comment box just "Continue To Claim" clearly not providing any evidence of the item not being received etc. Well it ended up closing in his favour which was obviously not what I was expecting what so ever so I appealed, providing his email, in-game name , transaction time, screenshot of him on my in-game friends list, IP address and a few other things . The appeal was denied so I got on the phone with a lovely chap from PayPal support who understood what was going on and advised me to try and gain an email from the games company confirming the other player reviewed the item which I did, the fellow said it would be irrefutable and the case would have to be closed in my favour though upon "revision" of the case it was again closed in the buyers favour, now I'm quite stuck and confised, I'd love it if anybody has any advice as I really can't afford to lose £350 worth of virtual goods. Once again have a lovely Christmas time thank you -Scott
