Hi, I bought 2 lattice shirts from American company on the 3rd May and am still waiting on a refund which was promised ages ago of $59.31, I went to the resolution centre and this was agreed as far as I know, I was then asked to escalate this by the 16th August which I tried to do and thought I had succeeded this was 105 days from the sale on the 3rd May,I'm sure I read that I had 160/180 days for this to reach a conclusion this was 105days from the day of sale,,_?
