Hi @Whac-A-Mole and @Koogle1000, I'm sorry that there is any confusion regarding the proof of delivery for virtual items. I'd like to clear this up. Please do not try to ship something else in a package in order to get tracking if the item itself is virtual. Doing so would be seen as providing false information, and that type of activity can result in an account limitation. If a situation arises where proof of delivery is needed for a virtual item, you may submit other types of compelling evidence, such as emails from the buyer, logs that show the transfer, or any other types of evidence that you may have.
