Hello, I sell an online product which gets delivered within 5 minutes. Paypal has a 180 day refund policy however, so many people purchase the product, use it for 3 or 4 months, and then open a case. It states on my shop's homepage that you cannot refund the product, and in the terms and agreements which the buyer agrees to it also states all payments are final and may not be disputed. I still have to go through every case and reply, and sometimes I even loose even though I am always in the right. So my question is; is there a way to change the chargeback policy on your product. For example, have 3 different options. 180 days for something that takes a long time to ship, 30 days for a standard product, and 7 days for an online product that gets delivered instantly. I am sick of having to deal with chargebacks all the time. If anyone has any advice please let me know. Best Regards, Koogle1000
