Hello,
I am looking for ways to lower the amount of frivolous chargebacks I receive. I sell an online product which is instantly delivered to customers. I was wondering if I upgrade from a personal account to a business account it would increase my chances to win chargebacks or if I could shorten the chargeback length somehow. At the moment I get dozens of people who purchase a product, get it instantly and use it for a few months, and then decide to chargeback because they have moved on or just want their money back. If there is any possible way to reduce chargebacks or increase the chance of winning somehow please let me know!
Best Regards,
Morgan
