Or if you want me to state the factors then I would need to go and copy/paste the buyer protection policy on to here.   Why would I bother to do that? I advise folks where to go to get the information that they need to read up on. @sonofagun231    You have buyer protection as long as you do NOT use the friends/family option. HOWEVER that protection is not a 100% coverall and has terms and conditions and so that is why its best to actually read the small section yourself and risk assess your own transactions. ... View more

Yes, when I click on Activity (including balance & fees it does not take me to a page showing my activity INCLUDING BALANCE AND FEES.   Used to be able to pull such a summary page up, but not now - what has happened and why can't I?    Called customer service and they could not help with this. ...
