Balances are different on different pages!

My summary page shows one thing.  When I click on my favorite page: Activity (including balance & fees)

it shows something else and it is missing payments that are on the summary page.  I use this page all the time because it shows (usually) the running balance and the fees.  Recently I have to fiddle with it to get it to show the running balance.  This discrepancy of the balance has never happened in the years I have used Paypal but has happened twice recently.  The last payment was over 2.5 hours ago.  Seems like that should be enough time for the balances to match up.  

Ever since Paypal stopped refunding fees, this has been an issue.

Yes, when I click on Activity (including balance & fees it does not take me to a page showing my activity INCLUDING BALANCE AND FEES.   Used to be able to pull such a summary page up, but not now - what has happened and why can't I?    Called customer service and they could not help with this.
