I have just added a USA bank account Debit Card to my admin, but it has placed the letter N.A. behind the bank name and I am not sure how we get this to be added to my PayPal options when paying something.

I can't capture or get any payment paid, and it seems they need more info. Went into Beneficial owner and they have my name and others repeated. How do I correct?

Hi, I have the White Here Reader and have had it for some time but have never used it. Now I need it. I have tried everything on this forum but it will still not pair. It is model M003-PROD-V2-7 What can I do please to get it to pair. Other things have paired to the phone no trouble. Have charged the battery and the light goes green then flashes green/red then just green but never pairs to the phone either through the App or the phone Connections. Thanks

HI, Thanks for the reply. It is in AUD currency as all our sales are. The customer is also in Australia and is very new to PP she says. This is what our admin Summary says.. Authorisation 6 November 2018 at 11:08:42 AM AEDT Transaction ID: ################ Payment status: Pending Payment type: Authorisation Authorisation expiry date: 5 December 2018 Authorisation amount $20.00 AUD We don't have a mailing address on file The sender of this payment has not verified their PayPal account and is located outside of the US. What does she have to do and where does she do it to make it okay. Thanks oz

I have this same problem. A shopper has paid but it shows as pending in my account and I cant get the money released. How do I get it released ? Customer said Paypal told her all I have to do is accept the payment but I cant see where to do this Thanks oz

Hi, A client has bought a product from us and is paying by PayPal. We have received the notification that it is pending. We contacted her and she says what is below. How can this be resolved so we can get the payment and she get the product? oz. Quote.. Yes I still wanted to make this purchase but I can't understand what the problem is as I wish to pay by paypal . I have tried to cancel the paypal order and I can't seem to do that. Have you processed the order ? as paypal release the money when the order is processed normally. I tried to re-order and then the checkout said I had ordered 2 copies which I don't want. If you have not processed the order can you cancel all orders and let me know, and I will start again and hopefully I will not be charged twice by paypal for this order. If the order is already processed and on it's way to me that is fine and paypal will then charge my account.

I bought this in good faith that it would work and it has never worked. I tried when I bought it then put it away and now tried again. Still never connected and they can see that in my account. Where can I go to get this working? It is the white one. oz

I did and they said it is not supported anymore. Unbelievable! It has never every been used as it never could be paired! Anyone with ideas why it couldn't be and anything one can do to fix it? oz

Hi, I tried to find where I could open a new post or open a chat however I could not find where to do this thus having to reply to this thread. I bought the white PayPal Here device and have never been able to pair it. I have rest set to factory default but still no go. I gave it to a friend and he too could not get it to pair. I am certain it is faulty. Can I get help please? David
