DEVICE WILL NOT PAIR.

Hi,

I tried to find where I could open a new post or open a chat however I could not find where to do this thus having to reply to this thread.

I bought the white PayPal Here device and have never been able to pair it.

I have rest set to factory default but still no go.

I gave it to a friend and he too could not get it to pair.

I am certain it is faulty.

Can I get help please?

I did and they said it is not supported anymore.

Unbelievable! It has never every been used as it never could be paired!

Anyone with ideas why it couldn't be and anything one can do to fix it?
