I have the White Here Reader and have had it for some time but have never used it. Now I need it.
I have tried everything on this forum but it will still not pair.
It is model M003-PROD-V2-7
What can I do please to get it to pair. Other things have paired to the phone no trouble.
Have charged the battery and the light goes green then flashes green/red then just green but never pairs to the phone either through the App or the phone Connections.
