Just to update on this thread... I had 2 successful  applications (10K and 20K British Pounds). When finishing the payment of the second one I applied again and was rejected (as indicated in previous posts) code 640. I applied several times again after talking to Paypal and following the recommendation to go on applying. Nothing happened... always the same denial. Suddenly a few days ago when logging in Paypal I saw a banner on top indicating that I was pre-approved for Working Capital. I thought it was an ad, but gave a try and was offered 35K British Pounds (circa 50K $). Filled out the application and got the loan in few minutes.  Lessons learned: i) My revenue is seasonal, and probably I was rejected due to a non continuos revenue; in the last few months sales were performed on a more continuos basis. ii) Last year I have several cases of people that were charged twice due to clicking two times or hitting back and trying again; in those cases I have always refund immediately; now, instead of refunding I wire the duplicated amount since I think refunds is not good in the working capital algorithm. iii) in the past I had some chargebacks and lost most of them; since in my cases chargebacks are always the buyers' fault, now I email the buyer and ask kindly to withdraw r¡the chargeback.    These three issues are the only things that I think may have changed as compared to past situation when being denied. Or... O might be wrong and none of them has to do with the fact that I was now approved for a larger loan after giving up and without applying again in several moths.   Just wanted to share this experience.   All best.   J. ... I have been using the android app for some time with no real issues, however I recently swapped to an iPad 4 so that we could scan bar codes when making a sale. It seemed to work well except for some strange behavior. After making one sale, we could not clear the items. we  clicked "clear" just below the list of items we clicked on the item line and clicked remove.   but each time, screen showed "Current Sale" and the item re-appeared in the list of items for that sale. It was most frustrating when trying to take a card payment. in the end, we just changed the value of that line to 0.00 it still appeared it the customer's receipt, but at least they were charged the correct amount. I was unable to select "New Sale" any thoughts ? is there a way of clearing the current sale completely?   When I try to duplicate the problem I am unable to... but if it occurs again when under the pressure of trying to take a payment, it would be helpful to know what to do.       ... Leave it plugged in if you can. It keeps it awake and ready for a tranaction.  These power cords help as with a standard cord its nearly impossible to swipe a card because the port was NOT put on the side of the unit.  Who ever designed the charging port right in the way of the swiper wasnt thinking.   https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003E3HPD0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1   at least these are 6' long.   ... Totally agree,  the charging port should of been on the right side of the unit down low as not to interfere with a swiped transaction. I was approved, and very quickly. From application to money int he account was about 1 minute. I have no idea why others who seem to be turning over more than we do have been denied, but I can say that I don't deal with/use eBay so I don't have any cases open or previously open and closed/resolved. Our sales are all generated by invoices issued to clients directly from PayPal.   But I will say there is NO link to Working Capital on my home page. To get to my summary I have to go to Working Capital and click 'Apply Now'. That is so weird, and completely illogical. I would like to see a brief summary on the home page with a link to more details. After all the Working Capital loan becomes an integral part of daily business since sales will generate the repayments. ... View more
