Make sure the reader is plugged into the extension BEFORE you attach it to the phone. This works for me

if using an extension, make sure ist stereo not mono, and plug the reader in the extention before plugging into the phone. It works fine with my lifebox phone this way.

Please on the next PP/HERE APP update fix the having to sign for under 50 dollars when dipping a chip card or NFC transaction. . The skip sign (under 50) screen works with swipe but not dip or NFC on the Muria readers. Also please add a switch to eliminate the RECEIPT screen and YOUR DONE screen so the app will return to accept next payment. Square does this and it removes 3 steps in taking a card. Also need switch to allow swiping of chip cards. If someones chip is damaged you cannot swipe the card without installing the old reader. This is time consuming to a rapid fire restaurant. Add a topic button on your contact link for these technical issues. Thanks

Leave it plugged in if you can. It keeps it awake and ready for a tranaction. These power cords help as with a standard cord its nearly impossible to swipe a card because the port was NOT put on the side of the unit. Who ever designed the charging port right in the way of the swiper wasnt thinking. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003E3HPD0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 at least these are 6' long.

Totally agree, the charging port should of been on the right side of the unit down low as not to interfere with a swiped transaction. I too must leave plugged in as i take rapid fire payments. I ordered a 90 deg mini usb from amazon that makes it so you can grip the card your running and slide over the charger connection. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003E3HPD0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 these may help in the meantime.

got my rejection letter today. said it was due to seasonal sales fluctuations. Year to Year. This is a flaw in the system as paypal here didnt really start till just last year. I started using paypal here in febuary and let my traditional (NAB) provider go. It will take a year to develope a record good enough for web bank. YOU LOOSE PAYPAL for this oversite.

discount depot: Now you got me wondering, Paypal called me on the phone to walk me thru the process. I was told my account was premium for this product. DENIED 3 times in a row. The paypal CSR on the phone could not believe it, and just said ill have to wait for a rejection reason letter. Never thought its a information phish. wondering....
