A customer filed a complaint against a transaction

Hello,   A customer filed a fake complaint regarding my PayPal account that he hasnt received his digital good. I have sent his digital good on the same day as he requested. When I received the complaint in my disputes center, I didnt remember about this customer and since this is the first time in my account I saw such a dispute, I didnt know how to react. I just commented while responding to the dispute that I dont know this customer. Later I have checked in detail so I found, I already have sent this customer his digital good, later I wanted to modify the response, but there was no option. Meanwhile I tried to contact PayPal customer support, ands they told me the funds are refunded back to my account regardless of the decision of the case because my account was in good standing since long without any dispute since I started. They told you will get back the funds in 5-7 business days. So I got hopefull that finally PayPal supported my side infront of customer's fake complaint. Now finally today I saw email from PayPal that the case has been closed and PayPal in the buyer’s favor. What is this? I wanted to modify my case, I have all the email details that I have sent the customer his digital good, I just wanted to modify the case, also the customer assistant told me something different that I'll get back the funds soon. I really dont understand, why this happened? I want to modify my response, I want to attach the email screenshots that I sent customer his digital good. Cant checkout on Paypal via Debit/Credit Card!

Hi, Whenever I am trying to checkout to my Paypal via my Debit/Credit card (not linked with my PayPal business account), I am always getting the following error: I dont understand, I am entering all the details of the card correctly. Before when I was checking, it was working fine, but now I cant test via my Debit/Credit card not linked with my PayPal business' account. Thank you for your response Bindu.    I have selected the 3rd option "Accept all payments without converting the currency, either adding to an existing balance or creating a new holding currency where needed."   Please can you confirm me is it correct and it will not deduct any extra charges from my account for currency conversion?   Thank you. ... Hi, I am getting this notification on my PayPal account that "From XX Date, Updated Payment Receiving Preferences may impact the currencies that you can receive payments in. Please review your preference to continue with normal operation of your account".  I dont understand what does that mean and how it will impact to my account? I already checked my payment preferences and all options are selected as follows:   Please can anyone let me know is it correct? I believe the notification means that currently PayPal is receiving funds in all currencies and holding it to my USD account. But after the XX Date, PayPal will deduct charges from non USD currencies before depositing funds to my account. Hence I'll receive funds after PayPal charges for non USD currencies? advanced credit and debit card payment options not...

Hello, I am trying to use PayPal advance payment options in my website to allow customers to purchase service by entering very basic of there credit/debit card details. Currently I am using the standard Javascript SDK which is showing a bulk of options including Billing address details, country and postal code etc, I want to remove all these unnecessary fields in my PayPal checkout and utilise the hosted fields option but found the somehow its in eligible in my account. Later I tried to check for the advanced credit and debit card payment options in my Account settings in my App Features, but its also not available. Please someone guide me how can I turn on advance payment options to accept credit/debit card payments in my website without billing/shipping address details and utilise the hosted fields?
