Hello, A customer filed a fake complaint regarding my PayPal account that he hasnt received his digital good. I have sent his digital good on the same day as he requested. When I received the complaint in my disputes center, I didnt remember about this customer and since this is the first time in my account I saw such a dispute, I didnt know how to react. I just commented while responding to the dispute that I dont know this customer. Later I have checked in detail so I found, I already have sent this customer his digital good, later I wanted to modify the response, but there was no option. Meanwhile I tried to contact PayPal customer support, ands they told me the funds are refunded back to my account regardless of the decision of the case because my account was in good standing since long without any dispute since I started. They told you will get back the funds in 5-7 business days. So I got hopefull that finally PayPal supported my side infront of customer's fake complaint. Now finally today I saw email from PayPal that the case has been closed and PayPal in the buyer’s favor. What is this? I wanted to modify my case, I have all the email details that I have sent the customer his digital good, I just wanted to modify the case, also the customer assistant told me something different that I'll get back the funds soon. I really dont understand, why this happened? I want to modify my response, I want to attach the email screenshots that I sent customer his digital good. Please PayPal listen to me, I have proof, I sent customer his digital good. Also the customer support assistant told me something different 😞 I am really disappointed!
