Our Help center article has the information on why you are getting error while adding the card :   Why can't I add a debit or credit card to my PayPal account   Unfortunately, there are some cards that are not compatible with PayPal, including most online cards. Log in to your PayPal account and click on the ‘manage preferences’ link in the PayPal Credit tile on your Summary page to update the limits. You can also contact your bank to find out the exact amounts of these deposits. If you didn't get the deposits, please try to confirm the bank account again by requesting the deposits in your PayPal account.    To provide one of the safest online payment services our internal security system reviews every transaction before it's approved.
