Hello @pammchan,   Welcome to our community page and thank you for your post!   Here's how to change your PayPal Business Debit Mastercard PIN number: Click your PayPal Business Debit Mastercard icon on the left side of your Summary page. Our Help center article has the information on why you are getting error while adding the card :   Why can't I add a debit or credit card to my PayPal account   Unfortunately, there are some cards that are not compatible with PayPal, including most online cards. Log in to your PayPal account and click on the ‘manage preferences’ link in the PayPal Credit tile on your Summary page to update the limits. When you initiate the confirmation process of your bank account, the deposits will reflect in your bank in 3-5 Business days. You can also contact your bank to find out the exact amounts of these deposits. If you didn't get the deposits, please try to confirm the bank account again by requesting the deposits in your PayPal account.    To provide one of the safest online payment services our internal security system reviews every transaction before it's approved.
