If there's any risk found, our system may block/decline the payment. If yes, the most likely reason for why you’re receiving an error is because the information on your PayPal account doesn’t match the information on file with the card-issuing bank. It also possible that your card company did not accept the $1.00 authorization sent by PayPal when you attempted to add the card. By enabling 2-step verification in PayPal, you can add an extra layer of security to your PayPal account for logins. You can disable the 2-step verification by following the steps listed below :   Go to your Profile Settings.
