To call PayPal... login to your PayPal account, click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any PayPal website page and select the "Call Us" option to obtain a Web PIN number and the PayPal phone number for your account.
PAYPAL could give a rats axx what you want & that is the bottom line -- I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT, A RELATIVE LOST $10,000 WITH PAYPAL.. I AM A MORON --- WAITING 3 DAYS FOR AN MAYBE EMAIL, DOES IT NOT MEAN THEY HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS IT TAKES THAT LONG FOR 2,000 PEOPLE TO REPLAY??????
I just tried to get some help on annother issue and when the automated helper gave us, I was given a phone number for customer service. The only drawback would be the hours they're available to answer the phone. It said: M-F 4:00 a.m. - 10:00 pm PACIFIC TIME...and Sat/Sun 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. PACIFIC TIME. To me it's kind of disappointing...I figure as much money as Paypal is surely making from its global customer base, it seems like they could pay for customer service availability 24/7...but oh well. I'm stuck right now desperately needing an answer to my question as well. Good luck...I hope you get help with your question.
