PLEASE HELP. Tracking number added? still pending?

A way to recieve your money faster by pay pal is to provide evidence that you have posted the item. Which i have done but my money is still pending?

I am so confused.

If you've added tracking information to your transaction details on PayPal, the funds will release three days after the tracking number shows online delivery.  For more information on when funds are released, see this article.
