I can't link my bank account. I do it according to the instructions - use bank code then IBAN
I receive a message in my PayPal account: "Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts."
when trying to do the same through the PayPal app: "This is linked to another PayPal account. Try a different payment method."
Clean application installation, not previously used
The bank claims that the problem is on the PayPal side. Bank code is [removed].

The problem was solved through the support service because the "Add Bank" action is blocked for security reasons. For my safety)

So have you got it linked to another PayPal account or linked it to any other PayPal account before?

Our internal security system may be blocking you from completing the action, it can due to various different reasons, one among them could be because of multiple attempts. I'm afraid I cannot say the exact reason why this happened or cannot predict or assume what aspect of this activity has caused our internal security system to intervene. While we recognize that this can be a frustrating experience for you, the security system helps uphold the safety and integrity of the PayPal community overall. To go about this problem, I would recommend you try again at a later time by clearing the cache and cookies from your internet browser or may try using different payment method to see if that works.
