Cant transfer my money from paypal to bank account

I can't transfer my money from PayPal to my bank account. I tried everything, there are no unresolved issues with my account, every information needed is filled and my bank acc is connected and approved. What can I do? I'm from Poland. When I try to click "make a transfer" there is an error that says "It seems that there's a problem/error, please try again later". There's nothing wrong with the site and no matter how long I wait, nothing changes. Does anyone have the same problem?

They've been doing this to me in the UK since 5th December. Their customer services are no help at all.

They will take money out of my bank account and put it in my paypal no problem, but they will not give it me back.

I see, so that's probably a problem on their end and there's not much we can do other than wait?

The problem is definitely on their end, I've never had problems withdrawing money before. The lady I spoke to yesterday at paypal was supposed to ring me back but she didn't bother. I'm going to ring them again tomorrow. I think the more that people ring them complaining about this issue, the quicker they'll do something about it.

I am based in Saudi Arabia, and I recently verified my ATM card with PayPal. I am trying to transfer funds from my PayPal account to my ATM card  but I keep getting this error message:
"There’s a problem. Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank."

Could you please help me understand why this issue is occurring and what I need to do to resolve it?
