Change the card curency

I try to change my card currency from EU to ALL, and despite it says saved, it is still in EU. Any idea?

Welcome to the PayPal community. 

Your card currency should be set to the same currency as it is with your card company. If you need to make a change to your card currency and it is not allowing you to do it then please contact us directly by clicking on the help/contact link on your PayPal account.
