Primary email change

My  primary email account was hacked several months ago.  As a result, I can no longer get gift card orders on my business paypal account.

I can't change it, nor can I add another email address. 

Anyone else have this problem and a solution?

I understand your concern about changing the email address on the account and sorry to know that you account was hacked. Please be informed that you can't edit or delete your primary email address. If you want to remove your primary email address, you first need to set up another email address as your primary email address.
