When i tried to add my visa debit or credit card. it always says "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.". So please help me how can i add my card.
Firstly can you confirm you live in Cyprus as you are using that countries account?
The reason I ask is that a lot of folks that live in a country where Paypal is not fully available use a Cyprus account but it would never work properly for them as Paypal is country specific.
