Why can’t wife and I use same bank for payment

A bank account can only be linked to one PayPal account at a time and can only be linked to 3 PayPal accounts in the bank account’s life time. However, if approved, you may be able to use the same bank with 2 PayPal accounts. PayPal will let you know when you try to link it.
