I cannot link my bank account to my PayPal account.

So I am trying to transfer the money I have in my PayPal account to my bank account, and it prompted me to enter my bank account information (Routing and Account numbers)... I know for a FACT that everything I am entering is correct, however, I keep getting the "We're sorry, we are unable to process your request right now. Please try again later" message. Does anybody know why this would be happening? I went through the same sort of process for my cashapp account but it accepted it immediately with zero issue.

Did you confirm the bank account after adding it?

I cannot get that far. All I get is the "please try again later" message. And when I try again I just get the message again.
