Problem of card linking

Hello, I have a problem linking my credit card to my account The first time, I tried to link my card with an old account of mine, but I failed I created a second account while deleting the first one, and then a message appears saying that my card is linked with another account. knowing that I deleted the first account under the email "ashrafchergui/gmail.com" permanently.

I recognize that you are unable to link your card on your account. Please be advised that each time you try to link a card, it goes through a series of filters to decide how much risk is involved in the activity and if the risk is high then the system will not allow you to complete such activity as it will be temporarily blocked. It sounds like you are facing the same in this case, so I recommend you try after 72 hours and do not try to attempt between this period. Also, I would suggest you try linking some other financials meanwhile. Please try it on a desktop or laptop once. Also check with your card issuer once as sometimes the issue is from their end.
