Why is my Bank Account Invalid?

Good day

 

I have received an email from PayPal saying that my bank account is invalid. I did phone PayPal customer service and they confirm that it is correct. There are two deposits that were made to my bank account that were returned to PayPal. Can Paypal make those two deposits again to my PayPal account?

I appreciate this must be a concerning situation. You may need to re-add your bank account to PayPal.

When adding a bank account, It is important to ensure this bank account has your own name registered to it. More information can be found here: Why can't I add my bank? (paypal.com)
