My paypal balance has been removed from december 2022, and i cant link my debit/credit card

My paypal balance has been removed - it had 54.99 gbp in it from December 2022. My activity shows no actions of where the money moved to, and as well i cannot link my debit card into my paypal to make transactions. This is my only way of seeking help, since paypal has closed their support.

Further informations is that this refund dispute was issued to be in the clear from paypal.
it was revolving an unauthorized reoccurring payment, that was canceled several months ago from the time of them making the transaction.

I understand your concern about the missing balance in your PayPal account. As per the screenshot, the payment was debited on November 2022 and refunded on December 2022. Usually, refunds will be returned to the original funding source. If the payment was paid using bank/card, the funds will be reversed to the same bank/card. I would suggest you to click on the refunded transaction to review the details.
