My new card in the wallet is getting declined

When I try to enter my new card on the wallet it says it's getting declined or to contact the card issuer, even though I'm entering all the numbers right. What's wrong?

Sorry to know that you're not able to add your card to your PayPal account. It looks like the card is getting declined by the card issuer.

I would recommend you to contact your card issuer to get this solved and try adding your card again.

You have entered a different billing address for your PayPal account than the one on your card statement. Your card is linked to another PayPal account. Your credit card or your company card did not accept the $1.00 authorization sent by PayPal when you attempted to add the card.
