I keep getting decline notices over and over again, ALL DAY 3 days in a row

I need to stop the flooding of my email account with many multiple notices on one transaction.

Same here.  Apparently effective 9/12, PayPal no longer uses backing funding.  So you have to manually transfer money from your backup funding to the paypal account - it used to do that automatically, but no more.  So I wonder, if this is the standard going forward, what is the point of even using PayPal?  So frustrating.  I am getting tons of decline notices as well as my paypal card it set up on all my automatic bill payments.  What a mess.
