I don't have the option to add a Georgian bank account, only U.S.

Paypal is country specific so  you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country. HOWEVER the option to add a local bank account is not available in every country. 

You can however in some countries add a U.S bank account (not card) to your paypal account. This is because paypal is a U.S company.
If you have that option then it should show in your paypal wallet.

I don't have u.s. accounts in u.s. banks to add so i can only add one in a georgian bank, but paypal doesnt even have customer support to check what the problem is, because they are so lame.

Hello @wolf009, welcome back! I'm sorry that reply may have been confusing, I'd be happy to expand further. Since you're only allowed to open a PayPal account in the country you currently reside, you're only able to complete the actions that are allowed in that country. In Georgia, it looks like you're unable to add a local bank, but you are able to add a U.S. bank account.
