I cannot link any card to the PayPal account.

As mentioned above, I cannot add any of my card except the prepaid one to my PayPal account. It said 'Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.' Note: The country is Thailand.

I'm having similar, yet slightly different issues. Today I got a new prepaid debit Mastercard & unable to link it to my Wallet. When I enter the required information in the appropriate fields, process for identification starts, however I get an error stating: "There seems to be a problem confirming your info with master_card. Try again later."
But oddly enough, I did get 4 emails from PayPal, that I added a new card to my PayPal account (ending in XX) as I have tried this 4 times. However when I check my Wallet that card does not show up there. What can be done about this ?

I understand your concern about not able to link your Prepaid card. There are some cards that are not compatible to use with PayPal mostly online or virtual cards. Please try clearing cache/cookies and also try using a different browser or device to link your card again. Good afternoon. I registered with Paypal yesterday and I can't link a card to withdraw funds from Paypal, I contacted the bank and was informed that there was no request for authorization of cards. Help solve this problem.
