I'm having similar, yet slightly different issues. Today I got a new prepaid debit Mastercard & unable to link it to my Wallet. When I enter the required information in the appropriate fields, process for identification starts, however I get an error stating: "There seems to be a problem confirming your info with master_card. Try again later." But oddly enough, I did get 4 emails from PayPal, that I added a new card to my PayPal account (ending in XX) as I have tried this 4 times. However when I check my Wallet that card does not show up there. What can be done about this ?
