Hi. I made a new account of paypal and deleted the old account.
I tried to link my debit card on new account, but it is keep saying that the card is already linked to other account, which means the account that I deleted. I do not know what to do next. I alreday got confirmation email that my card is deleted from old account ant the old account itself is also deleted…
Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
