Hey guys, recently I travelled, meaning I had to switch paypal accounts, my old account had my card, and obviously I needed to put it on my new account, so I removed it from my old one, but I cannot add it to my new account because it says its linked to another account, it is not.
Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it? Also make sure the billing address of your card and your paypal account address match.
