Hi, I received a USD Vitual Gift Card. I tried to link this card in Paypal, but when they ask me to 'confirm' the card - I got a message "Your Card Has Been Declined by your card provider. Please try a different card or contact your card provider'.
The Gift card is an E Gift Card from 'vanilla gift'. (USD based).
PayPal does not suggest using a prepaid card within their system. To utilize a card, it must contain a card verification number (also known as a card security code). You also will need to confirm the card ownership. For assistance with this process, please review the detailshere. If these criteria are not met the card may not be used for security.
