Hi! I'm new here. I just wanted some help. I confirmed my debit card or Virtual Card from PayMaya, and it deducted 100 Pesos from my wallet. It's been a day since I confirmed my card and I still haven't received my refund, and I've researched for hours now and it seems that all of them didn't help me.
Well firstly paypal refunds immediately however it may take up to 30 days (1 billing cycle) for your card issuer to process that refund as per last line in this link.
HOWEVER Paypal does not accept all cards so if you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.
