How can I add test cards to my PayPal and how do I authorize them?

How do I activate a paypal test card to complete payments on other websites? I cannot figure it out.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I understand that you're looking to use a test card with your live PayPal account, and I'm sorry that there is any confusion. I'll be happy to assist with some clarification!

Test cards can be used on Sandbox test accounts only. Sandbox test accounts can interact only with other Sandbox accounts, in order to test the integrations before they go live. Once live, only legitimate live cards can be used to make any kind of purchase.
