Hi. Awhile ago I had an issue with trying to complete payments with patreon, thought me not being a business account was the issue. I now want to downgrade, but PayPal is not allowed me to. I tried to speak with the PayPal Virtual Assistant, but he just tells me that there is no active customer support online. Would any of you know what to do?
