Error When Linking Crypto.com Visa Debit Card

I just got my Visa Debit Card from Crypto.com. I was able to fund it successfully and successfully made a purchase from an online store.

I tried linking the Debit Card to PayPal but getting the error: The information entered is not valid. Please check the information or try a different payment method.

I've double-checked the information and all are correct.

Please help.

I understand your concern about linking crypto Visa debit card to your PayPal account. Please be informed the card that you're trying to link is not compatible with the PayPal systems. Kindly note, you can only add financial institution-issued cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express to make transactions on your account. To withdraw funds, you can use a Visa card, Local bank, or Gcash.
