Debit Card Link Verification Code

Hi! I linked my debit card to paypal. Paypal deducted 100 php in my card to verify it and says enter the verification code indicated in your statement of account. When I check my SOA in my banking app online, it says ET MCI SALE instead of the verification code sent by PayPal. I can't verify my linked debit card now and already contacted both paypal and my bank to fix this issue. Would like to ask your thoughts or experience about this. My device is iPhone 13

Allow 2-3 business days for the code to show as per link.

I have the same issue it's been about 1 month now and I have been deducted 3x of P100 of ET MCI SALE still no 4-digit code. Is there no solution for this from PAYPAL?

Hello @marktrinidad05 and everyone!

Welcome to our Community Forum. I can understand how concerning it must be when there's an issue confirming your card. There may be a couple different things going on here. To make sure the charge with the confirmation code in the description was sent properly, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams.

If they were sent properly, you may need to reach out to your bank to have them read you the charge's description.

Good luck!
