Cryptocurrency on hold, why?

I bought cryptocurrency, BTC a few days ago and Paypal has it on hold even though my bank has transferred payment. Why is my bit coin on hold and how long will it take before I can transfer it.

I am sorry to hear what has happened. I do understand your concern. As with all transactions, crypto sales are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if there’s an issue. 

I would suggest you allow for 72 hours to pass and the hold should be released. If you continue to experience this issue, please contact our Customer Support.
