Welcome to the PayPal Community! After a bit of research, it looks like the Verve card is a MasterCard, is that right? If so, you should be able to add it to your account as a normal debit / credit card. If you run into issues adding your card, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
