On hold payments - New user

Hello Community members, I am new to PayPal. We have recently received two payments in our PayPal account with a gap of 2 days but from the same customer as he added some more products to the list. So we would still receive each payment after 21 days? How can we get the payments earlier now?

The order was dispatched on Saturday and I have added the tracking number but the transaction action now has two options

1) Refund

2) Archive

Is that how the action status changes once we add the tracking number?

Hey, hope you are doing well!

There are 2 transactions actually

one including the product details the other was of accessive delivery charges charged by the courier company so for the section transaction I chose tracking not required - is that fine
